Terms & Conditions

•Usage & Rights:- Commissions are for personal use only
(avatars, banners, collections, etc.).
- Commercial use (merch, branding, marketing, etc.) requires a separate license and fees.- Not allowed: reselling, claiming as your own, or uploading my work to AI engines.
- I keep full copyright and may share the artwork in my portfolio/social media unless confidentiality is requested.•Will Draw:
- Original Characters (OCs)
- Fanart
- Fantasy & Sci-fi
- NSFW (adult content, tasteful erotic art)
- Action scenes / dynamic poses
- Stylized animals or creatures•Will Not Draw:
- Racism or hateful content
- Excessive gore
- Lolicon / child pornography
- Realistic portraits of people or animals
- Cars / realistic vehicles•Style:By commissioning me, you agree to hire me for my style.
- Please do not request that I copy another artist’s work or create in a style completely different from my own.•Payment:- Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
- Ko-fi is not available at the moment.

2. We agree on price and add-ons.
3. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to start.
4. I will send progress updates (sketch, flats, final).
5. Final payment must be made before delivery.•Delivery:- Finished artwork will be delivered via email in high-resolution JPG format.
- PNG or alternative formats (TIFF/PSD) can be provided upon request.
- If the file size is too large, delivery will be made through Google Drive.•Revisions:- Up to 3 minor revisions included during the process.
- Extra or major changes will require additional payment.
- Once the sketch is approved, no refunds or drastic changes are allowed.•Timeline:- Delivery time depends on the complexity of the commission.
- Rush orders have a +50% fee.
- Please be patient—I focus on quality over speed.•Cancellations & Refunds:- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If canceled after work has begun, charges will apply based on progress.
- If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.•Conduct:- Respectful communication is required.
